new years eve is one of the only times i get to express myself in certain ways and do crazy **** as mentioned above, though after last nights antics i think ill revise to what extents i take my body to :)Quote:

Some things happened with this girl that, although they probably should have, I still feel like ***** about. All I could think about was the Ex.
Ended up breaking down on the back patio at about 3:30 am in front of some of my friends. Very very rough way to start the new year. I sure hope this isn't how the rest of it is going to be.

Watched the 9PM firework show at Darling Harbour. After seeing that we didn't give a s**t bout Utopia (rave party) and wanted to see the midnight show as well. But we caught the train on our way to Wonderland for the rave! Funny ride on the train, just listening at two mates having a go at each other about who was the better raver! :D Then we get to the rave with minutes to spare before midnight. Started raving and then it hits us! No frigging countdown or any message bout 2002! :mad: Raved all night til bout 5:30AM and went on some rides during the night. Mostly we were watching the funny side-effects of a mate who took 1 1/2 KOs and keeping the bugger out of trouble! Got home & slept from 8 til 1PM then watched Harry Potter at the movies with my sister.

Mine was ok, went to party with gf, then met more folk in a local pub, then went onto meet more folk in another bar, went into town in a hysterical bus ride. 1 steamer shouted at the bus driver to "Hurry the feck up, its nearly midnight" It was only 8:45 lol :D
Met gf's sister in ANOTHER bar, then went onto George Square for the bells (below) Roger Sanchez was playing

Then after that, we went 2 a club that we didnt have tickets for, we got in anyway. Was crap. Walked home as there were no taxis and ended up at a m8's party.

my evening wasn't too exciting, we just 'cocooned' and enjoyed a mellow ball drop. but, today my neighbors house caught on fire, so now my new year is really exciting. it's all ok now, but those flames got pretty big, and pretty close to my house, for a while there :eek:
Mine was the same as nordberg's cept my neighbors house didn't catch on fire....to come to thing of it I don't have any neighbors :(

mine was ok, drank too much, went to some fancy schmancy party when i shoulda just stayed home! people there were not nice :( but oh well, went home and made it safely so that's good...
didn't have hangover, haven't had a cig since new years eve :) almost beat metal gear :D exciting stuff for sure. gotta good feeling about this year though :D

had a large party... apartment is trashed...
broke up with the girlfriend (would have been 3 yrs in May)...
