Yoga's good for stress relief. I tried it once but it pi**ed me off. I couldn't keep my friggin balance in that exercise I saw in the yoga article for a minute.Quote:

On the positive side lol, i find yoga and especially Hatha yoga which is bit more dynamic very good for me, it relaxes me and even helps me sleep.
I'll give it another go some day but with some much easier non-balancing exercises.
