What would I like in KM 4
I'm still very new to this program, but since you asked...
I would really like a built-in tool to create customized projectors. I've checked out numerous companies such as ***********, FlashStudio, Flash'N'Pack, SwiffCanvas, and others. The support is crummy for most and they don't all work with KM due to the way the FS Commands work in KM. It's very difficult to build customized projectors for distribution on CD Rom...at least that's been my experience.

Great idea.
I'm sure that BOB is able to implement this feature.
;)

They all work with KM. Well after the most current beta does. 3.5 works with SwiftCanvas- Actually V 1.5 did, and Jugglor and well pretty much all of them.
What has happened is this;
KM Implemented FSCommands- It was one of the first 3'rd party tools to do so. The FS Command interface was based on Older Versions of Flash.
When we got AS Bob didn't add FSCommand as an AS but rather left the old implementation. With actionscript the format is thus FSCommand("Command","Argument")
Likewise he never added support for things like %20 or char(20) but rather you have to type the char. In the case of tabs you have to depress the shift key and the Tab key.
FSCommand inside of SWFs has not changed. What has changed is how the MX projector handles FSCommands. It will only allow you to use FSCommand Exec on programs inside a folder marked FSCommands in the same directory as your projector. Likewise they droped support for chr(X) in FSCommands.
SWFStudio and FlashStudio have pretty good support and FlashNPack support is pretty good. SwiffCanvas support is almost non-existant. To be honest the fastest way to get support on these tools is to run up to the Standalone board here at Flashkit.
