Whether it is unconstitutional or not to hire/not hire on the basis of religious affiliation is neither here nor there, especially as a good portion of FK regulars do not live in the US.
It could easily be seen as immoral though, as it bears zero relevance to the ability of the user to the job in question. Of course, it could bear relevance to whether the people at said company would want to work with you, but that too is odd, to say the least.
Anyway, where's jamescover? He's the resident FK christian designer. Maybe he's interested.
