Gant 2. The theme is Reluna - it doesn't seem to be available online anymore I had to do some long searching before I happened to find a copy on a forum somewhere. And as I said before the wallpaper is from Pixel Girl Presents.

Well, first thing you'll need is StyleXP. You can download a 30-day trial from www.tgtsoft.com, and the shareware price is $19.95.
Then you'll have to message Mental_Eruptions for the app on the desktop. He coded it, and i'm not at liberty to give it out. Lastly, the little dock on the bottom is called YZ Dock, but good luck finding it. It's freeware, but I think it was taken offline due to problems with Apple.

Working on my new port of the Tiger dashboard calendar and since i could only find a port to rainlendar which isnt up to scratch for me samurize it was. Still under construction but its comming along nicely id say.

This is mainly for Gerbick but ill post it here so everyone else interested can get a hold of it too. First of yes i do spend time modding my desktop because it looks nice and i find it allot easier to use and having over a gig of ram in my laptop i have no problems running these small apps to do so. But as Gerbick was wanting to no what im using and where the places are i get such things im adding this to the desktop thread....
Obviously im running xp so all the apps i use run on my system the way they are designed to. There are a few apps that give me the look and feel i have on my system that are as follows:
Stylexp from tgtsoft for applying desktop themes www.tgtsoft.com (i dont use window blinds from stardock as i find it to bulky on resources and runs slow on my system for some reason).
Objectbar to give me the look of the apple menu bar across the top www.stardock.com/products/objectbar/
Objectdock which gives me the dock at the bottom of my screen www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/
Iconpackager is used to apply icons sets which doesnt always do all icons but it sure to hell beats modding dll files. www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
Samurize which is the little neat app that can do many of things from telling me everything about my system to giving me weather updates and other crazzy things. Its what is currently running showing the dashboard calendar from apple on my desktop (which isn't finished yet but hopefully will be in the next day or two). www.samurize.com (warning they make u disable ur firewall before u can download anything from there site.
Now not all of the above is free but they cost very little and are worth it if u want to mod your desktop. As for skins and stuff like that there are many sites but ill list the ones i like best and where i get most of my skins from.
For icons we have:

www.rad-e8.com all the snowe mac icons u can imagine.
http://mattahan.deviantart.com this kid (and yes i mean kid) created the gant icons im sure many of you have seen now and im hooked on them.

www.iconfactory.com yet another awsome icon site.

www.studiotwentyeight.com this guy has them all and is respected highly for his work and porting.

My work is not released yet but i plan on doing so soon. www.samurize.com for all ur downloads and also aqua-soft too. (NOTE: just to clear things up i dont code the samurize app i create skins and configs for it like many other users do).
Now for those that still use IE ditch it and get firefox. www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ Modded to the extreme it looks the part and for the best skins there is for it this young chap that goes by the name hills has them all. Make firefox look like http://beverlyhills.web.infoseek.co....farifox0.9.png and not the crappy default skin with his skins and tutorial and takes only a few minutes. http://beverlyhills.web.infoseek.co.jp/top.html you can download all his firefox themes from there as well as a few stylexp visual styles hes done.
I think last but not least is deviantart but i leave it to last because unless u have a subscribed member ship u cannot browse the site (run a search using there search feature). BUT if you no how to use google or the google toolbar you can get around this and still search for stuff.
As for wallpapers there are so many sites out there but one of my favs is a DA member named hermik http://hermik.deviantart.com/
