How to Prevent Browser Caching?

Sorry, but it won't work. I tried doing what you were asking some months ago, but i found Firefox caches pretty much everything, even if is named the same unless the files match, it will just create another entry in the cache folder. (If you use Firefox, you can view everything that is cached and the file they are saved as by going to: config:cache. and you can see for yourself)

i think my ways pretty secure. Have a look here and see if you can get it working on your local disk or another site:
