as nordberg mentioned, to some degree, any additional weight you gain will require extra, constant work down the road. the idea shouldnt be 'how can i bulk up'. it should be, 'what has to change in my life, schedule, mind for me to work out regularly.' i would recomend focusing on a realistic workout plan and sticking to it for a long time. dont take the protein and all that. its just going to stress out your organs which arent used to processing that much protein at this point. maybe consider them later when you have been working out for a while and want to become a professional body builder.
