Without seeing it (been a while)...my guess is that you need to enable html text for that attribute holder in the duped clip(sprite if swish). Also enable multiline if you need that and make sure that textfield width is the widest you can allow next to the next field.

im not to worried about the html displaying, it was jsut a matter of setting rednder as html but its still not going multi line (even though i changed it to input text and multi line) and it still only showing a small sample

hey i like swishmax, besides i /dont/ have 600 buck to spend for flash mx.
well after some testeing ive concluding aht the full testis their its just masked, i was able to selec thwe text on acident in each box and hilight drag down, and isupect thats the same reason im only seeing a sample so what i need to do now is find a way to scroll the content
the only problem is its a repeting sprite and im not sure how i would tell all the instances to scroll uniformly any ideas?
i also need to find a way to make the box high conform to the text is their a way to count the line breaks (as done in flash not just via the BR tags) to set the box height?
