Great use of colour, clever layout, I love the grainy quality on your arrow.

What did u use?
All of it was done in photoshop. Here's a quick rundown.
The background texture was from an up close shot I took of a porta-potty wall :P
I did some layer blurs and overlays to make it more vivid.
I added a darker blue gradient down at the bottom which I overlayed.
Made an arrow in photoshop which I used grunge brushs on as an eraser.
sectioned the arrow into thirds and shadowed to make it look like it was curving with the wall.
Same thing with the exits except i didn't have to section them.
Overlayed the scan line effects with a line brush.
Then I just added the text and arrow using the darker blue inverse color.
Hope that's more or less what you wanted to know. :)
