I too was of the attitude that why the heck would I want to eat raw fish, each day I walked past the sushi store and started thinking that they do look nice but they probably taste like crap.

One day I decided to give it a try thinking I won't like it but at least I gave it a shot, now I cant get enough of the blessid stuff.

I prefer sashimi though.

unagi is not compareable with sushi and sashimi...

we use unagi to make sushi :cow:
