A C-Note for a 10x10 pixel ! Man.... I'm in the wrong business ;)
i heard it was old.
I've heard he started this with idea to get some money to pay for his education in university. Now he got 578.000 pounds (during 4 months) which is equal to ~1 million $? Is it true or is it fake?
I think he made quite some money because of that media attention.... else there wouldnt be some many people trying to fake it. But its indeed old ;)
There are a lot of crazy staff in internet. It seems to be true after i've read this post about MMORPG games :
wage slaves
For those who's too lazy to click on link:

Weeks go by as I chase ghosts and rumors of Chinese workers clicking 12 hours a day. Word has it that 300 farmers are working at computers lined up in airport hangars somewhere in Asia. After all, Lineage II banned certain Chinese IPs for a reason. Finally, I get in contact with a man in his 30s who goes by the name Smooth Criminal. He's a partner in one of the largest sellers of MMORPG gold, and he isn't apologetic. His rap sheet: banned from Ultima Online, Asheron's Call, Shadowbane, Star Wars Galaxies, and Ultima Online again. He says once someone even traded him a wedding ring worth $2,000 for WOW gold.
Smooth Criminal's game cartel made $1.5 million from Star Wars Galaxies alone last year, and individually, he's made as much as $700,000 in a single year.

I was shocked when i've read about that and thought it's the most crazy idea, but it seems the "one million dollar page" is more crazy that can be imagine :)
Hi,
Anyone wanna be a millionaire? Here's an idea: cover your webpage with ad's, lots of 'em, apparently it's not as annoying for visitors at all...

I reckon flashkit should get a couple of squares there. the testimonials sound quite legit... maybe even link up the FK cafepress calender? :P

but you should be used to it. Everything in the CL is old even before it's posted the first time :D
I'd love to get this printed out as an A0 poster. It's so Eboy-esque.
