i'd have to call and see if they'd give me a new one on the spot.
Worth a shot.
the store is 45 min away, still better than waiting another 2 weeks.
i gotta find some grey masking tape to put over the apple logo, its shinyness keeps me thinking that something on my dock is bouncing.
found out today the monitor is a 2xxxxxx version which is really old, the new ones that are supposed to have fixed the "pink-greys" and other stuff like backlight leakage are the 5xxxxx versions.. meh, brand new and i get an old one. off to yell at apple.
seriously. you are a poster child for never buying online.
Damnit, wrong button. Move along, nothing to see here.
bought a piece of crap KVM switch that barely works off of ebay, don't know what i was thinking. You have to have it switched to the computer that is booting else (even with the cables connected) it won't recognize the mouse/keyboard so when you go to use it.
When you were little, did you jab a fork into the electrical outlet or something? Maybe you've got a permanent charge that just destroys everything you touch.
The first half led me to think you were going somewhere else with the second half.Quote:
