Thanks man. It's a thing I've been doing on most of my recent volleys. I make a canvas twice the size, fill it, and then crop it down to what looks best. I figure that way I avoid things that look awkward or wrong, because there is almost always a large portion of everyone's images that look fine, and one or two things out of place. If I can crop those things out, then my images look better all around.Quote:

Davulf, you dont have to actually change your image according to everyone's taste. my opinion simply states whats in it for me. overall this IS your image, other people's opinions are just something for you to consider. to change your image everytime someone mentions something isnt gonna work for your own good, be strong! :mrt:
Juju: Oh, Im well aware of that. However, I did thing that you brought up a good point, and since it wasnt a very large change, I went with it. Rarely do I ever change images after a comment. :)

Silver, think about the direction the light is coming from and match the different elements. In your pic the mountain is lit from the right and the castle from the left. Also maybe try using a feathered eraser to smooth out where you have cut the images out.
I do like the colours you've gone for though.

I'm loving your colours silver! All blending apart from the bird looks good to me.
Its reflection in the water looks a bit better than the actual bird does, but thats just me.

i moved the castle and changed the reflection a little
the bird: thats not reflection, its duplication. but i kinda like it. its very surreal and very confusing for my brain to look at. i like it.
if u want a reflection try transform > flip vertical
