As long as that's what you want. Like I said, I got carried away with how well CT's volley was made so I was just messing around in PS. Once I finished, I figured I'd post it if he decided to battle me or you.

Agreed, one of the best I have ever seen. Ond should take this one, that would be quite possibly the best battle that has ever taken place on FK.

Very nice image DaVulf. I can't find anything I don't like.

Thanks Adobe, I appreciate it. After looking at it on a different monitor it looks like I could have blended the castle a little better, but otherwise I'm happy with myself.

I think the castle looks fine.

ct, i cant view any of your images so if you dont mind attaching it too would be nice. Thanks.

DV, about the castle, try playing with light/contrast/hue/sat. until it blend nicely with your BG. then zoom in at a pixelated level and use like 10%-3pt. eraser on those jagged edges.

Yea, I was messing with the levels, and there are about 5 layer overlays on it. The lighting was really harsh on the castle, and the camera not so good, so the edges are white/bluish. I didn't notice it before, but it became clear later. At this point its too late to change. Not a tough thing to do though.

The blur on the edge of the island and the end of the tentacles does not work for me, but everything else is gorgeous. I love the color and composition of this piece, deliciously surreal. I'd love to be on that island. :yarr:

Holy crap. Favorite volley all year. Great job CT!!!

I'd have to agree with Adobe on this one. That is definately my favourite volley of the year. The typography is spot on, I love the bubbles coming off of it to give that feeling of depth. I like how you've got a surreal look to the island and the bubbles surrounding it. Unfortunately, I'm not too keen on the blurring either, but the image doesn't really suffer because of it.

I have my work cut out for me here.

Now that I look at the blur, it does seem kinda wrong. After the awesome crisp image, the blur does look out of place. Still, favorite volley this though. :)
