papervision in its current state has no UI cause it is no IDE or something like that.
Its a bunch of classes you can use,so right now its purely for coders (and designers who make 3d models to be loaded in).

I make 3D models in Max and have to get them into Flash as frames, like a flickbook. It's impossible for me to produce stuff that's quick to download at present.
Also, Papervision might have a UI at some point, although you can't even download it from the site at the moment.

the models used in papervision are stored as basic (raw) polygonal data with a additional texture map (image file) -nothing more! no prerendered (in the classic meaning) images or frames.
no UI,- papervision is an API (Application programming interface) wich intension is to assist on programming matters all for now- not designer tool. This will be a main difference for at least a few years- as flash now is not just a designer intense tool.
