I hate the way that Lego is going. With there wierd BioSphere and Bionicles.
There's a games forum? Is it like the games degree at my uni where they just sit around all day and play Tekken 2?
yep, but you have to have a certain degree of beeing nuts to be accepted there. (Or you could try to be as unfriendly as possible, too)

I was sure I read this tread in the games forum, then I visit the Lounge today and its here too!
I remember I had a boat that was 3 stories high and a meter long. It was huge!
I downloaded the virtual lego constructor, but it has very few pieces. Is there a leet version that you have to pay for too?
ihoss, there are "2" different ways (ok, more) ways to do virtual lego...
the one you can d/load from Lego is the one with the few tile, but you can actually buy all the pieces you can use
the other way is using LDraw and an editor like MLCad ... get it from http://ldraw.org/ (there's an "d/load this and get started version")
LDraw really has nearly all parts ever sold.

Puh! I started on a lego deathstar. :) Come on up, the weather is nice and we can have popcorn as we destroy earth. Then the fun starts as we create a new human race on our lego bed hehe .
