as in from a rescue centre (where people dump their cats when they don't want them any more, or if stray cats are found they're taken to the centre, with the hopes of rehoming them).
this is where she was from. she was in there for i think 9 months before we got her (most people just want kittens/young healthy cats- she's not very healthy). incidentally i now do voluntary work for them!

My cat is 13 also and he had chosen to use me as his can opener when I walked in the fields and he sat there...a lonesome kitten...ever since we are a team and recently we started to have a conversation :D

It's funny to have conversations with cats. Sometimes, they answer with a "miaow", and sometimes they make this special purring sound. And of course, sometimes they just look at me, thinking I must be really stupid;)
lefteye- in your second picture, is the ladybird crawling round your cat's mouth?!
yup...he's not much of a hunter. He just plays with them.I have another shot early in my photoblog where a ladybug is on his eye...he's either stupid or just doesn't care. I'm thinking stupid :DQuote:

Well, all cats are lovely (well, they are to me) and loved all the pictures.
About talking to cats: Yeah, all they do is miaow, but they miaow differently, and mine understands what I want to say by my tone of voice. When I talk to him with a sweet voice, he knows it's time to cuddle him (and I do that a lot), but he knows when he's done something wrong when I raise my voice and he just runs away... Well, sometimes he runs, other times he just looks at me and miaows like he's saying "I'm sorry...".
