Perhaps they've figured that players skip scenes and splash screens and thats why developers force these imagery upon us. They bad.Quote:

So I picked up Metroid 3 yesterday. I must say I'm impressed. I've played through Prime on GC and DS so I expected much of the same. But this one actually deals with the universe samus lives in so she is more master chief than bounty hunter. The one thing that jumps out though, NINTENDO FINALLY HAS VOICE ACTING!
The controls feel good but I'll never understand why the jump default is the b button (trigger) and the fire default is the a button.
Ok, so I graduated Uni last may, and I start my first real person job monday and future money is burning a hole in my future pocket. Anyway, the xbox 360 price dropped a lot and I was seriously considering picking one up until I realized you have to pay for online play (what are they smoking anyway).
So if I get a system it is gonna be the wii, my question is, is it worth it? I played through 4 hours of Zelda and realized I just wasted 4 years of my life. The wii sports things are kinda fun but not anything special. I like FPS games primarily and prefer online play. What's the verdict?
A really good PC?
sounds like you already made up your mind jwin.
As far as zelda goes, it's a hard game to get through. The rest of the games i've played/rented are fun...i like the sports games the most. However i'd expect the FPS shooters to make some good strides in the next year or so.
That hole in your pocket and how busy you'll be in a new job....get the wii and head to blockbuster. Especially with the holiday season coming up, you'll find some great games coming out for all consoles, but don't expect the wii to waver too much behind the 360 (and i don't mean graphic quality, i mean fun factor).
I was about to get a new vid card for my current tower, but to be 2 generations behind it will cost half as much as the wii anyway. I am tired of playing catch up with PC graphics.Quote:
