Im gonna be alone on this one, but I was nearly gonna put Street Fighter 1 on there too. Extremely difficult to pull moves, and the computer always did repetitive moves, and the graphics were choppy as hell.

Street Figher II and all 100 versions were amazing.
I'll give anyone a cookie if they can prove they own SF1. I don't know anyone who actually had it.

To shin den and Tobal no. 1 are worth a mention.
I actually liked Tobal No.1... still own No.2 (Japan only release) actually.
Tobal is the only game to even hint at the style of control I think would work best in a fighter.
I loved Tobal 1 and 2 (1 a bit more though). Even the stupid adventure modes.
Tobal 2 was the first game I ripped to my PSP when I could
I also enjoyed Tobal 1.
One fighting game I could never stand when i was younger was "Karate Champ" because I couldnt figure out the stiff ass controls to save my life.

i would say the worst guy "to use" would be the boss of SF2 ('Bison' or 'Vega'). The guy is so stiff and when he jumps he just floats like a butterfly...only to be uppercutted up his ass
