it makes it disgusting for me knowing that I help people who are rather in favour of making a quick money game instead of the share and joy itself of the development process - this behaviour is not what I believe in, because neither am I getting paid here supporting people with THEIR work).

edit: I enjoy making games you enjoy making games, what's the problem with sponsoring them. I thought this forum was about help and recieve.

I'd have to say the majority of people here enjoy making the games for the sake of making games, I don't see anything wrong with trying to make a few dollars off of the game but I cannot imagine the majority of people who frequent this forum do it FOR the money...

Yep, I agree... I make games because it's fun to do so, not for the money; money's a nice bonus, but if I were doing it for the money, I'd try and actually finish more games instead of the 20+ unfinished games I have right now :p
Writing the engine / designing is fun; polishing it to publish is what I hate.
