yeah, there is an egg holder in my fridge, that's the reason i tend to keep them in there.
i guess it must be a european thing (keeping them on counter)....
Not inherently Euro only. I've seen that in North Japan as well, but their consumption and usage of a half dozen eggs was usually pretty darn quick.
I can go through a flat of 36 eggs on a Sunday.
Yes, I still manage to cook breakfast for the family every Sunday.....some things are just too important. :D
