More 3D Demos (these you WON'T be disappointed with)

Thank you for the feedback TomSamson. The installation process has been a thorn in our side (among others) and very frustrating from a business perspective, as we are at the complete mercy of a third party despite the fact that we're paying them.

There are known issues under Vista, Mac, FireFox 3, Chrome, and other non standard browsers. My guess is you fall under one or more of those.

Could you please email me your system specs, OS, browser version, etc, etc: It's "rayb" AT same thing again plus dot com.

PS: All our non-battle, non 3D portions of the game use Flash.

np regarding giving feedback. I totally understand your problem, its not your fault at all, we´re all in the same boat of indies making game content using plugins made by others, we really rely on them doing their part propperly.
While with flash i´m most disappointed of old bugs not getting fixed for ages or hype promises of performance raises in degrees never really delivered, in this plugin´s case its of course way worse, such heavy issues during installation would make many usual users leave the site without giving it several tries in vein attempt to experience the content itself.
Again,i´m sorry for you and hope the virtools people realize they have to work a lot on those fronts and get rolling right away, the graphics in the screenshots do promise nice tech capabilities if one actually gets the plugin working so its sad and annoying there are such problems with the installation/setup side.
If i was you i´d in the meantime also put up a flash video which highlights some nice parts, more people can see that easily and this might at least motivate people to fiddle around with trying to get the plugin working some more.
Regarding the specs of the machine i tried it with:
Windows XP SP2
Geforce 6700 XL (i´d imagine this is the weakest part, it has latest stable detonator drivers but the error message made me guess it has some problems with a graphics handling related dll)
1 gig ram, 3.06 ghz dual core cpu (intel).
Browsers i tried it with:
Firefox 3.03 and IE 7.0.5730.11

Reminds me of Chrono Trigger. He really needs to lose the compression though, the colors look bad.

seems that artist used existing tilesets from a tile- ripping website.
but it has this retro flavour with exiting technology- I guess that makes it kinda up for me.
