md, i love that stock! I saw it while browsing on sxc yesterday. how weird is that?

sorry this took so long but i really wanted ot use the bench, and it looked awesome in my head, but on paper it looked like crap. so i used something more subtle. it just came to me when i was looking at your picutre, can you find it? its a strech;)

which part of that is taken from the previous one? i can't see it, is it just me?

the stone next the door on md's picture just above where the bench begins. flip it aroundand you have yourself a key;)

dont worry took like 3 a&w rootbeers and about an hour of just going over it in my head before i noticed that part of the wall was kinda key shaped

Very cool SilverX. I like the concept of using a knockout for the key. However, I would have liked to see more depth to the key itself. Everything else on the image pops out at you, the key is kind of just there (looks more like a shape than a real key)

yeah i had the same thoughts, originaly i was just gonna color is a single color and try and make it look sprayed onto the image, but i couldnt get it to work, then i tried to make it more of a silver color which also wouldnt of worked. as is i took way ot much time getting this return out:-/

thanks for the adivce so far though, will def coem in handy for the next image.

ok iv got a pretty cool idea for this one, i just hope i can get it to work out right in PS.

decided to switch it up a bit, also tried using that little trick gerbick mentioned over in the fill this thread, just to see how it would go. dark to light;)

ok. I've been real silent not out of fear that you guys would get upset... but I didn't want to mess up the flow of the last three images.

damn impressive... went dark, came out eerily weird/happy... and good images all the way around. showing some serious growth guys. I'm liking what I'm seeing.

the only way to get better is to watch the people around you, the only reason im able to excell is through awe, and inspiration of you all thanks!

wow look at that, i go away for the weekend and come back and im back to battling. im pretty tired, had a red eye flight and they straight to work after the flight so ill try and work some magic tonight if i dont pass out.
