it's a small thing, but i just updated the hi-scores, now they are saved each time you reach a check point and when there's the "continue?" dialog box...
it would be cool if the boss had a life meter... i really like this game a lot... you need to make more levels and ummm i want more damn it! is there another ship? when looking at the sprites section of your webpage it almost looks like there is another ship... yay for being in 5th place... sorry if this is spamish, i just can't get over the game...
i'm not sure... i want the player to really fear his unknown remaining life, hehe. and then you are all surprised and happy when it gets destroyed. Secret mode rocks :D thats really cool mate. I found a bug though! Go into secret mode, press start and you cant get off!
I have to say though, i said in another thread that i dont often play flash games more than once.. well this one holds the record with aprox 12 plays :p. awesome job.

alillm, i think it's possible to get that kind of score with a normal play... actually each time i finish the game (i never saved the score to be fair with you, haha) i got really hi-scores...
2 ways of gathering a lot of points:
1) create combos
2) destroy the meteorits when they are right in front of you. that way you may multiply your points by x2 or x3 depending on the distance

allilm discovered a cheat code! "PINKY MODE"
during the title screen, perform that sequence:
left, right, left, right, up, down, right, left then button A (used for the missiles)

that's right, you can also do that trick: let's say you are near the end of a stage (the longest is the best), just die at the very end of it and use a continue. you'll play that ntire stage again and your old points aren't deleted

of course i would be able to do it in 5 minutes... but a great game is a game where you learn how to trick :P
just look at those awesome video game speedrun movies, there are TON of tricks and bug in commercial games that you can use to finish them in a record time...

woot 1st place... just so you know I can't get the third cheat that is given to work, the one titled "multiple cheats!" i screenied the sequence but when i try it, it doesnt work, does it work for anyone else or you marmoette? btw, happy bday!

please share the 2nd cheat you got, i'll post it publically with your name/pseudo...
about the "multi cheat" one, it allows you to enable several cheats at the same time... basically when you enter a cheat, the game starts immediately with the cheat enabled... but if you use "multi cheat", you can enter as many cheats as you want, then start the game normally with "start". this is an useful cheat when you have many of them unlocked...
basically the cheats "pinky mode" and "super pinky mode" are the 1st cheats you get, then all the other ones are random... so you may have to play a lot to discover them all ^_^
I got pinky and super pinky but ummmm i just forgot them both >< i can't remember them grrrr should i post the multi-cheat or no?

i like the random cheat found idea, but i'm warning you and your game if i beat it again and get the same cheat i will be pissed ^^ this game needs to win some awards
i found these out like 5 min ago...
i dont know how this one happened-
switched characters to mine launcher dude at the beggining of the game, and every time ther was an explosion there would be a loudc racling noise mixed in with the sound
as soon as the game started i paused (not sure if im supposed to be able to) and i switched to the mine launcher dude. the automatic scrolling stopped and i can still hear everything. then i switched back to the normal start ship and nothing changed
you should make it to where you can pick the ship you want before the game starts
