That's the state I'm currently in... let me tell you firsthand; you don't want this state unless you plan on building a large cage and looking at the people through those bars and throwing peanuts at them.

Only Charleston pretty much escapes this horrible state of affairs due to tourism and constant imported people from other locations.

Hmm, all I know of SC is what my dad tells me. He's doing some development down in Charleston and he says there are quite a few rich southerners down there.
