Sorry for beeing an ass, but close up grey images, can hardly count as art. Many artists are a bit psycho if you ask me, like thinking a flower is something artistic about .. that's thinking a bit too much !
I love art in the direction of Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Pixar. But greying out an image of yourself, and say... wow artistic !! That's way wrong, and you have spent too much in the grey zone of your life.

got the color rolls i took at the PA ren faire back - here are a few, i'll scan in some of a sword fight i did w/ a 1 second exposure so you can see the motion (or me not holding my camera steady - either way)

Excactly my point !! As an artist you should definetely have a broader view of things.. but it seems a bit too easy to take a pic of some guy in mid air and call it art !!! That's a bit lazy man !
And for the one with the jamaican picture ;) , you are probably a better (classic) artist than me... but i try to develop ! Do something else , instead of following in other peoples foot steps...
