Probably because it looks like a typically fake youtube video. Why would he be in the graveyard with a camera and a flashlight in the first place? What makes you think it is a ghost? Probably the eyes, and I guess that's an effect that can easily be achieved with some editing or something like this:

Well... to me the fake part is that if you go looking for ghosts, see one... and the first thing you do is run away?
That's what makes it immediately fake to me. I mean... I take my camera out looking for a hot chick, and I meet one... and I run. It means I wasn't really dedicated to the search, imho. Hot chicks and ghosts are totally different; however it's the same subject... they can't hurt you unless you allow them.
what makes it fake for me is we can get a clear shot if britneys vajayjay from 3 miles away and this dude cant get a clear shot of 3 feet in front of him.
same with Bigfoot, UFO's, and non-psycho women. always blurry... wtf.
