Mark, are you planning to do a renovation of the moderators? Like a weed through, to make sure that people who haven't posted in a long time, aren't listed as a moderator. I am not sure what your relationship with those people are, but I know a few great individuals that are on this board who defineately make a difference and have helped alot of people (nymyth, zbaily) I just thought I would tell you that I think both of these individuals have workedvery hard and consistantly, and what they have done is very admirable. Hey! I have an idea! How about we all vote for a new moderator let say Mark post list of 20 people and we have to choose 5! for different boards. People who goes to particular boards, know , who is really helpfull there. Take an actionscript board, Besides Flashgury, I didn't really see any other moderators show up often here. But say- Ahab or Delama(don't remember the exact name) helping here a lot and are very professional! and so I'll vote for them!
Besides! Zbaley, I am sure you will become choosen one pretty soon! look how fast this board is grow! I expect 13000 member by
friday-saturday., More-people-more-boards-more-moderators..

I like that Idea alot, mark may not though, but at the same time that would force people to try and be more helpful because then their name would be know if they helped people on certain boards. I really like that I dea, but I think ultimately it should be Marks decision, so maybe we could vote, and he would look at that, and agree with or disagree with certain members. Then he would add the main people, Pope, Guru, Scills, Matt Wobensmith, Jezza, and go from there. Great Idea!

Anyhow, I just tried those crispy flavor m&ms, the type that come in the blue bag. Pretty good in my opinion though I can't notice that big of a difference compared to the original flavor.

Hey ease up on elvis. He is very good for his age and can beat most of us out. He has also been doing well at controlling his flaming, so give the guy a little credit. If Mark thinks that he would be a good moderator, then I would back that 100%. I mean it is his site. Elvis has a lot of good stuff to say, and he is very creative. I would vote for him, mainly because he is always on here, and I know that no matter what time it was, he would be able to help others, and I think that is probably one of the key things in being a moderator. To be a moderator, per chance to dream!! To make posts of such importance, such grandure, ah to be a moderator is all I want to be in life. Perhaps a new title of Community guide would be inorder for people who are here and answer questions. I dont think more moderators are needed at this time. I think I just saw mark post the other day to that effect. He gets an average of 5 requests a day to be one. For those of you who want to be one. Just keep plugging away. Your help as far as I am concerned is great. I dont have to answer hardly any questions anymore and can do what a moderator is here to do. Keep things real. Step in at the right time with the right words.
The attiude of a Moderator is that of a Servant not a Master. If you want to rule over people then this job is not for you. You have to take the low place to rise to the top. I have a big brother named JC who taught me this and its true in eveything. so you guys and gals who want to be moderators have a servants heart and you will be selected eventualy would be my guess.
