I don't know if the beyonder really qualifies though .. more of just a overly curious entity. Not really a big harm (although limitless in power) as I believe he was destoyed in trying to be re-born human.
I'll throw out a shout to Megatron with Destro a close 2nd. Prince Lotor from Voltron has to rate up there as well.
