because its unnecessary .. i mean, what could you do in java w/ an applet that couldnt be done in say .. php, or even just in flash? or maybe javascript, if it could be done in flash ..
if i wanted to look at an fk dictionary, i'd think it pretty impractical to have an applet .. which, would probably have a longer load time, and be more difficult to actually write.
dunno if these reasons are overly good, maybe gerbick can back me up here, cause he seems to know some java

just create a small swf with two scrolling textfields and in a textfile that is loaded into the two textfields describe the word in one var then /n and then in another var describe definition and /n. then just add scrolling controls and it could be the most useful footer on fk!
I can't make it an swf. I don't have that high a license. Could I send the fla to someone that does have it or something?

that wouldnt be classified as a verb just like spring or fling or string bring cling but these would also have verbs such as stringing, bringing, flinging, clinging, but king wouldn't be kinging it would be being a king . king wouldnt fall as an adjective ... it would fall as a noun(i think) im not really good with english...Quote:
