Just cut back on the conversation or take it to private message. I personally don't mind a compliment or critisism now and again, but just keep it reasonable. I don't like paging through eight pages for 8 images. No need to start hurling insults just because you feel hurt. You could simply try saying, "sorry, I'll try to cut back, but sometimes I find it hard to keep myself contained in such an exciting battle." ;)
