The question is why would you want to be a moderator.
Beeing a flash develloper gives you more than bread and beer so why would you want to do that boring job of monitoring a forum. Since you could have the coolest job of develloping some flash web site or aplication.
Maybe your just not good enough to be a flash develloper there for you should not be a moderator on a flash forum.
So i guess im asking why would moderator choose to be moderator?

They do it for free, and they put up with (poorly thought out) comments such as "Maybe your just not good enough to be a flash develloper there for you should not be a moderator on a flash forum.", for doing so.
People can be skilled at more than one thing. Being a moderator here does not exclude one from following a career as a Flash developer, although being a Flash developer is not a prerequisite for moderation here. Maybe you haven't investigated all our forums, Flash is not the only software or technology discussed here.
I can actually do both, make SWF, and kick misbehavin' butt at FK.....

And the comment was not for you or the moderator and i was just saying that the guy that ask to be a moderator should be busy enough working with flash or any other software that have thread here befor wanting to be moderator on flashkit.
So you dont have to put up with that.
But i agree with you you dont need any skill at all to kick people out ... But i tough that moderator job was to contribute to the forum. my mistake.

....our first web.master <edited to remove IntelliTXT link> also saw that I was not frightened of doing what moderators sometimes need to do, so he asked me to become an all-forums mod because he saw that I was fair, committed, and didn't take crap from anyone...he saw me as a good enforcer.
