All that was done there is I dragged the pic of Bush into PS(actually I use Macromedia Fireworks), then drew over top with vectors(Pen tool in FireWorks), and intentially didn't use any curves, but curves could have been used for a smoother appearence. At anyrate, it's in some ways easier said than done, but in other ways surprisingly easy, cause you are basically just tracing(cheating! :p) Go ahead and give it a try on something... you kind of block out areas in your mind, then trace them loosely with vectors. There are some programs that have a built in 'Trace Bitmap' feature which will automatically turn a bitmap into vectors, but you can usually spot those a mile away, and I seem to always have terrible luck with them. And that's *really* cheating anyways :)

oh jeez......what image are we using to volley from. Donkey(* giggle *)hunter's image is not from Ghostgirl's last post it is from like 7 volleys ago....

maybe FlashKid should give him a tute on how to post

i incorporated faint elements of ghostgirls last post and the "vertigo" post preceeding it. i had already been working on a volley using older images.. if this is an issue, let me know and ill drop the image. Thanks.

naw, don't drop it. I quite like it. just play on through. next image should be based on donkeyhunter's.

i really like your work by the way- seen what you've been doing in the other battles here- nice work :)

wish i had more time on my hands- i'd LOVE to do a battle as my PS skills really need improving....
