Wow, CI nice job.....That wasted font really looks good in so many things. The only thing is that you volley is not 350 px tall and I think you screwed up the n00bie naughty_rick.
Rick, funniest volley in the Arena in a long ass (pun intended) time. Just be sure to check the rules in the first post of this thread for the correct sizing. Nice to have you around. Welcome.
Thanks guys. It was a quickie that turned out alright. I cant believe I only made it 327 pixels tall though...good catch on that EVP. I have no idea how that could have happened.
I guess we should probably leave it and just say the next person to volley should make it 700x350...instead of my rockin 700x327.
I was following the size of creativeinsomnia's volley and didnt double check it.

i'm having an issue with how your reflection is cast in the water and to what teh image is that is actually reflected......but more importantly...
try wrapping your image link with [img] [/img] tags. this will allow the image to show rather than having to have people click a link

Thanks for the tip... it's just that it exceeds the size limit by ~30k... wasn't sure if that was a prob.

the size limit is only if you are actually uploading to fk. Hotlinked images are fine
Yea, go look at pixeltown, some of the images are 1mb+.

I was looking through this thread, and I thought I'd try my hand at it. I couldn't open nepzap2's last entry (my damn ISP blocks imageshack for some reason), so I hope it's okay if I used phix's image as my peg.

Yep, I used the rocket's fuselage as the base for Darth Maul's lightsaber hilt. And yes and no on my drawing it, Dricciotti. His hood I composited from a rectangular piece of cloth texture I had, and his hand was originally a thumbs-up stock photo. But his face eyes, and everything else, yep. I made in Photoshop.

Excellent work, nepzap! I really think it's very well done, 'white grunge' is a powerful weapon when wielded properly...In my opinion, the image would be even better if the text fit the style better. To me, your text treatment is very sci-fi'ish...it just doesn't work for me.
