Just a quick reply to artlink.. thanks for the comments =) that game is currently on hold - I want to release both a free version (online) and a full version (shareware), but still looking into the business & legal side of things there. Also there is the matter of some 3d software I need to shell out >$5000 for before releasing it. :/ it will get released soon enough, one way or another.

Here is a screenshot of a re-vamped old game i'm just putting the finishing touches on...
Skimmer: The idea is to steer the dude around on his hover disc to collect the orbs whilst avoiding the mines....then find a key to the next level.
There are 10 levels so far and a highscore...

Sorry, I haven't got anything to show as I am still working on all the same games. I seem to spend all my time programming ecommerce sites these days :(
I went to the Spark conference last week (on the company of course), it was very inspiring and I'm quite keen to try and integrate some of the new features of 8 into my games. Just need to get my head around classes. Don't even talk to me about actionscript 3! Made my eyes bleed.

Pugger, i have been making a game very similar to yours graifc wise and i was going to use him little black and white guys as a site maskot :(. I just thought i'd ask if im still aloud to do that? i dont want you to sue me.
