I went to go see 300 in imax and the wait wasn't that bad and there was no preorder sales.
from all reports, all the early screenings are sold out.
there are tickets available in NH though for the 11am and 3pm friday showings. saturday looks clear as well at the moment, but i would def get your tickets before hand. it would suck to get all the way out there for it to be sold out
WTF how did you find tickets? I just went to the place that sells the hooksett tickets and The Dark Knight isn't listed?
movietickets.com
find your location, there was only one imax listed in NH switch it to the day you plan on going and see if there are any available.
Ah thanks. Getting a hold of the other fools who want to go to see if they want to all pitch in still because I sure as hell am not paying for all the gas to get out there. Dark Knight isn't worth $50 to me.
Saw The Third Miracle last night. A solid production. Well acted. Good cinematography.
Plot?
It's about a priest that is hired to investigate whether or not a person is a saint, for which there are all these requirements. He happens to be questioning his faith at the time that he is asked to do this. Then, he falls in love with the proposed saints daughter.
The religious aspect of the plot might be misleading. It's not really a you-must-be-religious-to-enjoy type of story (it was on HBO after all). It's fairly gritty and more allegorical regarding the religious aspect in that you could be non-religious and still get the same thing out of it. It also might be informative just to learn about the process and a little how the church works just as the setting.
Sounds good. Added somewhere on my to watch list :)
Are you using VHS or Beta?Quote:

I would give it a 7/10 and recommend it.
Can I request that we refrain from discussing movies currently in theaters?
Wannabe, have you seen The Rise of Leslie Vernon?
I was actually going to suggest that movie to any horror fans but forgot about it when I got home. That movie is so classic. What did you think of it?
I loved it. Funny, inventive and actually a tad scary at the end. It made my favorite horror list.
