Here's my poor little attempt if there's still time left. I decided to scrap my original design about halfway in (mistake!) and then scrapped my second build (bigger mistake!) until I eventually ended up with an empty fla and 4 hours left under extended time.

So here for your enjoyment or horror is my game made in 4 hours.

Click on your microorganism and then click on an enemy to attack, certain organism work better against others (it's like rock paper scissors) try to take the highlighted zone in the center.

The game didn't turn out at all how I wanted, and I'll be the first to say it's no good, but the source isn't all bad, here it is for those interested: http://ian.janasnyder.com/brainmicro.fla
