Oh, yeah, no. We wouldn't need the bottom part until later. I just want to make sure everyone understands that they need to taking the bottom into account as well.

I think we should have a one day response time. Three days is too many to waste. No response and the next player is up.

We could even expediate the process:
Participart 1 takes 3 full days. On the second day of the first participant's 3 days, the second participant has to acknowledge that he / she will be begin their work on the fourth day. That way There's enough turn around time to get the next person ready.
