From here on evolution takes over. Simple cells lead way to slightly more complex cells, this eventually leads way to multicelular life forms. And eventually plants. These plants create oxygen, and after billions of years of evolution, plants give way to aquatic life, this gives way to reptilian and mammalian life, and eventually leads to us humans.
so. what would have to happen on another planet, for this planet to make creatures that looks like humans?
Well, first of all, the size and shape of the planet would need to be identical. It would need to be at the same distance from the sun as we are, it would need to have a magnetic field like we do, it would need to have been formed in the exact same way as our planet did so that it has an early atmosphere that is identical to our early earth atmosphere. If the gases are slightly different on the other planet, they will not mix in the same way, they will not create the same organic molecules.
In other words, if an alien race wanted to have humanoid form, they would need to live on an identical copy of earth before they even had a chance at getting their foot on the first run of the ladder.
But, even if they managed to achieve this first step, they would still not have the same common ancestor as us. These molecules still need to turn in to some rudimentary form of DNA. This is when one of the big problems shows up. DNA is extremely complex. Out of millions of instructions, if you change just one instruction, it can lead to a totally different result. By now we are up to a chance of 1 in billions. But that's ok, there are 400 billion stars in the galaxy. So if this is all you needed to do, to have a humanoid shape, there could still be 3 or 4 humanoid shaped aliens in our galaxy. The problem is, that this is not even a fraction of what you would have to do. See, DNA changes a little every single time it reproduces. And over a course of 4 billion years, it reproduces a lot. This makes your chances of making humanoids almost non existent.
With the problems we have now, to make humanoids, you would first need the same common ancestor, on a planet indistinguishably identical to ours, with the same water to land ration, with the same shaped continents and the same atmosphere, gravity, brightness, everything. At this point... your chances of producing humanoid shaped creatures is probably around 1 in a googolplex.
And now here comes the killer, as evolution can be heavily influenced by a planets environment, this would now mean that you would need to have, more or less the same weather on that planet, every single day, for 4 billion years.
Think about the odds on that for a moment. You chances are literally 1 in infinity. Think about your own life for a moment, lets just concentrate on your life. You.
Why are you here? Luck? Think about this...
if your mother and father had never met, you would not be alive today.
If your grandmother and grandfather had never met, you would not be alive today.
If your great grandmother and great grandfather had never met, you would not be alive today.
Thats just 3 generations, about 250 years or so. We are talking about 4 billion years. ''4.000.000.000!'' … to put it mildly... if 60 million years ago, one ape had not chased down another ape and had sex with it, you would not be alive today. If 160 million years ago, some small mammal had been eaten by some other creature, you would not be alive today. If 300 million years ago, some amphibious creature would have got crushed by a falling branch, you would not be alive today.
To cut a long story short, if in the last 4 billion years, there had been 1 death more, or 1 death less, of any living creature. There is a very serious and real chance that you or I would have never had been born. Basically, our humanoid DNA would have never made it this far.
You just have so many problems to deal with, such as floods, storms, meteor strikes, or any other natural phenomenon.
If one germ had evolved just slightly differently, it could have led to a pandemic 50 million years ago, and humans would have never even existed.
To summarize, the odds of humanoid life arising, is so low. That you should expect to see 1 humanoid race for every few million galaxies, not stars, galaxies!
When you combine this very serious problem, with all the travel and other problems that I have mentioned in other posts, it is clear to see, that there is a chance a humanoid species would visit us. But it is so low, its almost impossible.
When you consider all these problems, and consider that there have been multiple claims of humanoid shaped aliens, all different races and all humanoids, and not a single claim of any blob people... you have to conclude that something is seriously wrong with this picture.
First of all, our earth's atmosphere(and gases) as you think is not really a unique one. Lot of planets share the same kind of atmosphere and same composition of gases. The concept of global warming due to green house gases and depletion of ozone is one of the greatest jokes ever. Like HatsOff, I'm a firm believer that the MOST important thing for spiritual happiness is to be kind to everyone and to try to live each day to the fullest, for yourself and others around you, but I don't have to follow any religious doctrine or believe in things, or beings, that I can't see in order to be a kind person.
As far as the population reduction. I'm a firm believer that we NEED to take a global approach to reducing the population growth. Especially in third-world countries where the population is still exploding, even though the aliens introduced AIDS (can't buy that either). But, we're not living in China where the government can tell us how many children we can have. I can't imagine the social revolt that would occur if the government tried to impose some sort of legislation controlling birth rate. To me, that's almost as ridiculous as saying that the government is controlling any release of substantiated PROOF that there are underground alien colonies.
Anyway, as I said, nothing personal, and it's not that I'm close-minded, but I hope you can see how a reasonable, rational, empirically driven mind can have difficulty buying into your "facts" and "truth."

There is a lot of things that needs to be covered regarding this. Let me cut it short. Underground aliens 'especially the reptilians' CAN NOT come out to open land because they are allergic to earth's atmosphere, their skin is irritant to pollutants.
