In that last one I really like that water coming through the window and falling on the floor, but I don't think there would be that much 'whitewater' on the lower part that is flowing down into the hole. And I think the fog is following the upper curvature of the chair a bit too closely in the middle one, but very cool stuff, mang! Thanks for sharing. :)

Thanks. Yeah they were just quick mock-ups but it was to sort of how the idea developed.
For that 3rd one I was sort of going to go for an 'escherian' distorted scale/perspectives
That's some amazing work Chris. I really like the look of the first one, and the water on the second is just fantastic.
How did you get rid of the chair from the stock on your actual submission, and on that bottom one. Whenever I try to get rid of elements, it never looks so right. You should write a tutorial showing us something anything really, everything you do is great.
Probably using the stamp tool and maybe cutting parts of the image and making them over the chair... that's how I do some of my stuff. :)

Yeah like nepzap says. I usually cover the thing that needs to be removed with a colour simlar to the background and then just use the stamp tool to clone it over. Using dodge/burn to get the brightness right. and then copy bits of the texture and overlay it if needs be. In this one it helped quite a bit that I was covering most of the area with the hole so it didnt need to be too neat.
I don't think there is really a tutorial you can do for it. Its just lots of cloning until you get it to look right.
Well, I've done alot of the cloning and healing brush, and all that sort of thing, it just never looks right.
I suppose I was more asking about the technique and not necesarily the 'how to'.
