The only thing about brinkster and images is that you have to access them from the user's page. This means, to have a footer, if poeple want to see it they wil have to go to your home page first. I had the same trouble. Why don't you just get another free domain to put pictures and stuff on. doesn't matter if it has banners or anything 'caus you only see the uploaded file, not the html page. examples include: 9cy.com united.net.kg and thousands more.

One way around many of those types of blocks is to save your image at a .txt file, upload it to the site, then use the normal img tags on the board. This works for places like Angelfire and Geocities...Quote:

If I were to get your cookie information, I could use that to log in to the board under your user name. If used this to get the admin's cookie..well..you get the idea of what could happen...Quote:

Damn that sucks bout the footers. somenights im online all night and bored and cant think of anything to do i always had that warm fealing of knowing i could just fart around with a new footer. I guess all my time spent being bored/making footers will have to be devided evenly beetween looking at porn and arts and crafts time. maybe i will finaly finish my superhero outfit with all my spare time.

Please add it to your bookmarks or something so that it can be referenced the next time someone comes and says, "how come I can't see my swf footer?", they don't have to be able to add to it, just read it.
