Yeah, I'm just having trouble getting my head around it. In saying that since I've been working on Ionic I've improved a lot ( I'm not saying I'm any good yet :) ) so I will go back to it one day.

we ran some tests using asbroadcaster for speed comparison to ordinary methods,didn´t include it too the actual thing yet and that may also take a while since i´ve got to much to do with blink´s,phreax,daydream´s,pred´s and my stuff right now.(probably two weeks till i can play with it again).then again,that´s the way to go,looks like the best solution for 2d games :)

actually i´m quite into implementing it myself the sooner the better as i think all future games will profit from that a lot,so i´ll push getting the other things prgress further today and tomorrow so i get time for this next week :)

ok,the whole thing translated for those few (;) ) not able to understand german:

Sadly there´s a small bug in the removeListener method but bokel wrote an extension for that.
The method always only removes half of the Listeners to remove at one take.

yep,after the chitchat with him(and some others like bokel he spoke of (who is another flashguru)),i had some testruns myself and its true,actually insane move by macromedia that ASBoradcaster is so great and its officially an undocumented and unsupported feature

I'm working on an RPG, like quite a few other people seem to be :)
A few key graphics are not finished, so I can't really make a screenshot without things looking a bit scrappy in places, but i'll post one when I can.
Hmmm, if you get an error message you can try copy and paste, and it's around 305k so it's a big file, but I cant figure it out :(
Anyway, here's a screen to keep all you guys happy...
theres no error message, the flash shows up, but its just blank :(

The usual :) Just started a new job, so not much time for personal game development.
Some 3D work for iDB game play tweaking, cut scenes, audio etc... :)
I've had to attach the low res image of the screen shots here, but if you want a higher res PM me or post here and I'll zip it up, then attach it :)
