Well excitetruck is really fun. Insane jumps, morphing terrain and great play control. Waverace is one of my all time favorite games and this sorta fills that need.

Ever notice their bias against non-Japanese games in their scoring? I still think that Famitsu scores games better than most Euro/US magazines though.

Anyway, looks like Gran Turismo HD is out, Gran Turismo 5 is in. And with Gran Turismo 4 not even showing up on the PSP yet... I'm not believing that it'll even show up until 2008.

GT is the only thing i play on my girlfriends ps2, and really the only reason id want a ps3

I don't want to rain on your parade, Subway, but those screenshots are horrible. What the hell is it? The third one looks like the cars are Micro Machine toys. Look at the size of the rocks compared to the cars. It looks like they went outside and took a picture of some pebbles and then loaded it in as is, throwing scaling to the wind.

Something doesn't seem right with all of these screenshots. The textures and polygons aren't meshing. It looks atrocious.

Better skip this gen if you find those horrible. ;)

I don't say they are perfect, but knowing that the pics are more or less close-ups of huge areas and additionaly there's all this realtime mud physics ... can't really complain.

Works fine. I tried youtube and it worked perfectly. That sitepal chick is still annoying, though. Ajax also works properly, at least in Gmail.

One of them is from the just released GT:HD ... the cars are nearly perfect (reflections, self shadowing everywhere ...), now they just have to perfect the trackdetail a little bit and GT5 will be one hell of a visually stunning game! :)

PS: The demo is running in 1080p @ 60Hz and the physics are completly redone.
