Hey everybody,

Im #5 in the member ranking, my username is JUstin427209 (they picked that for me, i just wanted justin, oh well). Im almost at 15 days. I wish i had a better PC though, mine only gets around a 40 out of 100 on the PC ranking thing. Anyways, i just want to congragulate everyone on a GREAT job, especially Juels, with a WOPPING 14,500+ points! Itll take me a year to get that many on my computer. We still need more signups, beleive me, it doesnt effect computer performance at all, and you dont even realize that its running. Alright, im out for the night. Later

i just got it, but my computer has been freezing alot and Its really bad so it's been messing up on me, when i installed it i got a blue screen of death.... I notice it's running, and I need a new computer... Can anyone tell me if i succesfully joined the team?

I don't see you listed as a member of the team. Unless it is under a diff name.

I've just installed Win2KPro on my machine, instead of Win ME, and this time, my overall system score is 39 instead of 36 like before. The only thing that has changed is my OS, and that's not one of the things you're rated for. Sombody please explain.

Maybe win2k adds some muscle to your processor. Also, maybe some storage was added to your comp (you can change this alocation at the UD page).

Is it just my pc, or did all of the stats get reset to 0? When I go to the tem page, I get members=53, points=0, wu's=0, etc...

whatever the problem was, it seems to have been fixed. the stats are displaying fine now

just a quick stupid question

my computer will only upload the finished units when i am online - ie it doesent connect itself, although i think it did once. the outcome of this is that it will only upload when i am online and i leave the computer alone for a while (sounds like it is just a bit shy hehehe).

unfortunatley i have to go overseas to work every now and then, sometimes for a week at a time, and i then dont asppear to get through work units

my computer is on 24/7 so this is a bit frustrating, will this cahnge when i go asdl in the very near future? if so i will leave it be for the moment

Erm, we have 249 days|7 hours of CPU time!!! I have 2 PC's running 24/7. Haven't re-booted my old 233 since I started.

Once you get dsl you will be connected all the time and it will just pass the information back and forth whenever it needs to. Unless the dsl screws up.

yeah, it's interesting as... makes ya feel like your computers doing something special, something i wouldn't have a clue about! right now, mine is pulling apart a VGEF protein to search for some chemical bondings that could lead to a cure to cancer. hmmm it's cool but it's way beyond me hehe

Would it be possible for non-FK members to joind Team-fk? My dad would love to join with his work computer (he works at the National Instsitues of Health - home of the National Cancer instsitute), and wants to know if he can join Team FK.

What's that?

course you can get non-flashkit members to join, the more the merrier :D well done every1, i'll have a search for the other teams to see where we rank. from what i hear, a team called "blabbermouths" are around the top, so i will to a search for them and compare. from what i've seen on other teams on work units versus team members and time the team's been around we're doing very good!
