Good to see this battle re-started guys, I was starting to miss so much gothness ha ha
That has to be the best battle i've ever seen, not to mention some of the best digital artwork that's ever been posted. My god!!! You shouldn't be battling, you should be going into business together.!!!!!!!

nice to be back gerbs. nord, we've both been doing graphic work for a *long* time, not to mention we have loads of free time until we get into our shop. Always appreciate the compliments though... :zombie:
This battle is absolutly oozing with talent and skills. I love it.
ondrae, how did you get that frilly stripe effect in your 'ghosts, goblins, ghouls' image on page 4, last image on the page (i think).
the effect shown behind the girl. what program did you use? did you do it freehand or use some kind of tool?
Thanks gerbs, nord and waste.
Waste, I believe that those frilly image spicer-uppers can be attained rather painlessly through the use of brushes.
Return coming soon'ish.

I AM NOT WORTHY!!!
Are you guys using straight photshop for these?
define "straight photoshop". We don't really use any other programs, but we do use brushes, blending, etc...
Love that last image man, good job
