How do I impress a girl?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Nats...you're a peach. I like you quite a bit if that means anything. :D

And here's another little secret...all those qualities that I listed above? They can all be trumped by one single thing...inner beauty. Absolutely nothing in this universe shines quite like it and I am attracted to it as a moth is to a flame. If a person is beautiful on the inside then pretty much nothing else matters. And between you, me and who knows how many other people are reading this...you've got it goin' on, babe. Don't let anyone tell you different, even yourself! :cool:

Yes, it's true...some of us have simpler needs. We are all looking for different things out of life and love. To each his own and more power to 'em! :)

As for cutting people up and looking at their insides, that's the only place worth looking if you ask me. If you look only at the face people show the world you will miss most of the scenery. :D

I'll have to sum up quickly:

To the thread starter: Don't over think it or put too much importance on it. Girls are people too and there are plenty of them. Just ask her if she'd like to get some coffee after class sometime. If the answer is anything but, "yeah, I'd like that." forget it. But get it over with before you've put her on some pedastal. As far as the whole macho vs. softy thing, don't listen, just have respect for yourself.

What I like in ladies: Intelligence, because that usually means you also have some confidence, a sense of humor, and arent judgemental.
Under-FKing-standing, I like when you evaluate the person, not the act. We all do stupid **** sometimes but ones overall attitude and disposition should be whats evaluated, not a single goof-up.

Yeah, been there. Perfect mates are hard to find. Harder to keep. I was at least able to remain friends with the last one. That in itself was worth the price of admission.

I don't know, the worst turnoff is when the girl is stupid. I think intelligence is something I do like in a girl. The other thing, is when she could do whatever you propose :) in a good way: like, if you say, lets go to the jungle for two weeks, with only a knife and a box of matches, and lets see if we survive, and she's like "alright!" and doesn't bring high heels to the adventure, then it's pretty cool.

yeah arg's (can i call you that) dumb girls all coocoo and giggily, i can't stand em. Smart, good sense of humour someone who looks after themselves, my ideal range is from 7-10 ;)

if i girl wanted to pickme up all she would have to do is initiate some sort of conversation to hint that she's interested, and i also love the girls that dance with you :thumbsup: the problem is though whenever you call these girls the next day their really not what you expected in personality. What i want to know is some good places to pick up rather than the bars, i mean how many of your parents met at bars. (I hope mine aren't the only ones)

no good marriage I know of started at a bar. There are some cuties here in the office but cmon, office romance? I've made that mistake before. I think about taking a cooking class or something but I hate the idea of 'using' the class for ulterior motives.
