Iv enjoyed Dollhouse, but its not on the same level as buffy was, and nowhere near Angel. i never got a chance to watch firefly so i cant compare it there.

Did anyone watch the premier of Krog mandoon and the flaming sword of fire last night?
Firefly imo was the most unreasonable cancellation in tv history. Evidenced by the fact that the dvd sold so well they green-lit a movie.
Terminator might be hitting the can.

I can see this as a stunt though and after the success of the movie it will be brought back.
nah, if anything hopefully the syfy channel picks it up.
Yeah FOX loves canceling good shows.
It's not the strongest show ever but sure as hell stands up against their current line up. They'll probably replace it with something will be gone mid-season.
i bet they make a second american idol. something stupid like American band.
Peter and nathan Vs sylar throw down, once again they dont show anything at all, it all happens off screen. Seriously what the ****, im done with heroes
Weeds starts back up June 8th. Last season got really weird pretty fast so it'll be interesting how this season turns out. I hope they pull something good together with how they ended last season.
Just a page catch up.
House -
Cutner was axed from House because of his new job working for the Obama administration.
Heroes-
Yeah, I agree with Silver the off camera fight scene was a bust.
Chuck-
I know Kung Fu - No you really don't and the fight scene was pathetic. One would think that they would have given him some training before the episode.
In Plain Sight -
It's nice that the show is finally lightening up, The last scene of "In My Humboldt Opinion" was a bit over scripted. I guess she had to find out somehow.
FireFly -
Everyone has moved on from that show. It was fair at best I never got into space westerns.
Southland -
The documentary style shooting has got to go. It worked for Battlestar Gallactica and ER it's not working for Southland.
i loved chuck but the ending where he can now learn things from the new intersect was kinda off putting. what makes chuck such a great character is he doesnt have to use kung fu and other **** to get the job done
,,,Maybe just maybe because he knows it in his head and not in his body, his body is lagging behind. They'll try to turn him into Jackie Chan except he still needs Sarah to pull him out of the fire when things get rough.
I'm not to sure about him leaving the buy more. I don't think "I spy" will fly. Without the Buy More he'll have to go overseas.
Finally getting around to watching Breaking Bad Season 2. I am also dying for Weeds to start back up. Last season ended pretty high so I am not sure where it could go from here.
DollHouse and Chuck: renewed, T:SCC Canceled.
Breaking Bad is getting intense. Only on Ep4 of season 2.
what a wierd ****ing ending to 24. some stuff i loved, but there was alot to hate.
Finished EP7 of Breaking Bad season 2 last night. This show is pretty calm(for a show based on making meth) and then at least once an episode it has some weird killing or something really gross happen. This ep involved an ATM machine and that's all I'll say but the ep was pretty good and I'm interested to see where all the intros lead up to. Can't wait to get home and finish catching up.
Just finished catching up to EP11. That ep had a major cliff hanger. I can't wait for Sunday now! I am really starting to dislike Jesse's neighbor/landlord especially how that story is panning out for them but to be fair it is definitely his fault.
Just caught up on two weeks of dvr. Dollhouse got good but House really stepped it up with its last two episodes. Rescue Me has some cool story-lines too.
southland is surprisingly enjoyable
Southland needs to back away from the documentary style of shooting. It may be fine for some shows but it makes the show look poorly produced.
Someone told me to watch Dollhouse. Anyone watch that?
Frets the docu-style is the part i enjoyed the most.
very cops meets Law and order. iv only seen the one episode, but that style really seperated it from some of the other law dramas on tv right now.
Wannabe Dollhouse is good, but the first 5-6 episodes are pretty weak. its got a good direction now so the second season next year should be solid.
American cops and comedy TV shows suck, really badly.
I quite enjoy many American tv shows.
What TV shows do you enjoy?
Anyone else catch the finale to Breaking Bad? I thought it was one of the weaker episodes but left enough open to wonder what will go on next season. The explanation of what all the intros meant was very underwhelming. That guy is just not cutting a break.
Anyone watch the premiere of Weeds? I am sure I'll enjoy this season but I have a feeling everything is going to really fall apart soon. They open up and make more messes then they clean up each episode and I think the pile is ready to fall over.
I can't get enough of Burn Notice.
I saw the most of the first season. I should go back and check it out again. I love Bruce Campbell.
Didn't actually catch the first season, I saw the whole second season as USA's build up to the new third season.
USA network still has some management kinks to work out.
They have a habit of pulling older episodes from thier site and other media providers.
I guess they really want you to buy the dvd's
Speaking of Burn notice. While generally I enjoy the show the last episode sucked. They didn't have enough of a plot to fill the timeslot so they added crap filler.
Let's tie MW up and torture him so we can add filler. Lets have him run from a fight he can win to add filler. Lets add an explosion, because an episode isn't complete without one.
bad news for heroes fans. Brian Fuller has left the show.. again.
I guess this is the right topic...
Does anyone else remember 3-South from MTV in 2002? I've been watching old tapes lately, and that show was hilarious. It's a shame it got canceled and never got a DVD release.
It's official. Weeds should have been an hour long show. Too much happening to cram into half an hour.
Past time to pin this thread
USA Network is playing funny again. They decided to delay webcasts of shows a week longer.
You really think this is sticky worthy?
