I like the distressed look of the background. Not bad at all. the power-meters seem to be a bit too colorized, like heat vision, and detract from the coherent design of the rest of it. the pipes, and the background compliment each other nicely, but your choice in type for the verbiage "Round 2"... I would have chosen a bolder looking font... and something that would have went better with the design.
it's laid out well, and it incorporates the earlier picture well. Just a bit run around the edges in some areas - like some of the selections, but you stayed away from being filter heavy, which is a common occurance.
in all honestly, I like the design. just the type and some rough edges keep drawing my attention away from the overall goodness of it all. Very nice indeed though.
hope my words are not taken in a negative manner. I like what I see, but with some differences here and there, you have the base for a great image...

no. it's rather simple.
follow me. a serve is the initial volley. the people incorporate portions of the volley before theirs into their artwork, and basically make it their artwork.
so... it's all about continuation of a part of the preceding volley into your own volley. but doing it in a way that it looks just cool... ok?
