I think any thing that could have been discussed has been by now, we're not going to find out anything new. This thread is just here for people to make "fake posts" and what not at the moment, no one likes reading them so it's very boring.
When I come to the cool sites forum I expect to see all new, fresh sites on the top of the forum, sites that have been finished. I'd prefer not to come and see a thread that is 12 pages long, (maybe 13 by the time I post this) talking about a splash.
And I regret posting before because it has produced 2 pages of pure flaming! So can we just let this thread move on?

my advice to everyone, including mods is to let the thread run it's course, it will die down eventually, but if you close it before it's life is up you will just be constricting the certain degree of freedom that should be expected in the forum, ok don't post your own site, don't post porn or advertising, but there is no harm in people talking about a site that is gonna be launched, it wouldn't be suited in the coffee lounge as the people who are interested in this site are people who regularly visit the cool sites section, not the lounge, so let it be.

why are you people so worried about this thread being closed?
does it hinder your flashkit experience to have one of the 20 or so posts on the front page of the cool sites forum a discussion about this site? no matter wether it is even relevent, people are still posting here, the purpose of the forums is to post and discuss, so whats the problem?
