It's not so much the outlines of the woman that arent crisp. It's the fact that you took the woman out of the previous image and enlarged her.
When you take a raster image(non-vector) and scale it upwards, it drastically loses quality. That's what I'm seeing with that woman, the overall choppiness of her face is due to the fact that you have taken a small compressed image, and scaled it upwards, thus creating artifacts and pixelation around her face.
